How to get help in Sheffield

Does Sheffield City Council take part in ECO4 Flex?

Sheffield City Council runs ECO4 Flex through Warm Homes Sheffield, its partnership with AgilityEco, under a statement of intent (version 2, 26 February 2024) that includes households with a gross income under £31,000. Its ECO4 Flex page says the programme ends in March 2026, so ask the council whether it still takes new cases. Source: Sheffield City Council's ECO4 Flex page.

Is the Warm Homes: Local Grant available in Sheffield?

Yes. GOV.UK lists £4,006,008 for Sheffield. Sheffield City Council runs the grant through Warm Homes Sheffield, with applications handled by E.ON. Because demand is high it uses local priority bands, and it does not fund new boilers. Source: Warm Homes Sheffield.
