Free Boiler / ECO4 Support in Leeds

Does Leeds City Council take part in ECO4 Flex?

Leeds City Council's statement of intent (version 3, 23 December 2024) includes the £31,000 income route but applies only to council-managed schemes such as Clustering for Warmth.
