How to get help in Blackpool

Does Blackpool Council take part in ECO4 Flex?

Blackpool's ECO4 Flex statement of intent is a Cosy Homes in Lancashire document (version 1.1, 30 November 2023) that includes households with a gross income under £31,000. It covers schemes until March 2026, so ask Cosy Homes in Lancashire whether it still takes new cases. Source: Cosy Homes in Lancashire statement of intent for Blackpool (PDF).
