Free Boiler / ECO4 Support in Plymouth

How to get help in Plymouth

Does Plymouth City Council take part in ECO4 Flex?

Plymouth City Council's statement of intent (version 1.1, 4 October 2023) includes households with a gross income under £31,000 in a home rated EPC D or lower, and people referred by their GP. Is the Warm Homes: Local Grant available in Plymouth?
