Free Boiler / ECO4 Support in Norwich

Does Norwich City Council take part in ECO4 Flex?

Norwich City Council's statement of intent (version 3, 6 August 2025) includes households with a gross income under £31,000 and says to apply through FlexConnect, run by CT Eco Plus Ltd. Is the Warm Homes: Local Grant available in Norwich?
